WHAT IS HANDLING TIME?
The handling time is the numbers of business days we take to ship the item after receiving your cleared payment.
HOW DO WE SHIP?
We ship using USPS. This service provides the convenience of USPS shipping and USPS-delivery to customers' mailboxes.
You will be provided shipping confirmation via email when your shipping label is created. This confirmation will contain your tracking number.
Delivery generally takes 1-3 business days once picked up.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
*Purchase to delivery is generally 2-5 business days. (exception DURING HOLIDAYS MAY VARY)
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You may cancel your order via email up to the time that your order is shipped from HHRC. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. Once it has been shipped, you may return it.
What does undeliverable as addressed mean?
Mail that is undeliverable as addressed is forwarded, returned to HHRC WAREHOUSE, or treated as dead mail, as authorized for the particular class of mail.

The customer is ultimately responsible for payment to reship the item(s).
Returns are are subject to order review with our Shipping Dept Manager and Accounting Office. If Item is wrong or missing from your Order contact or shipping department and we will rectify the situation asap. Please note that our shipping department makes all final decisions on returning merchandise. Returns can take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account after return is processed. Also there is 20% restocking Fee
CDC guidelines prohibits returns that have been worn we will take extreme cautions when making the decision of wearable items due to COVID-19.
