How does the Chocolate Palomino cap fit?

Built on a Richardson-style snapback blank — one size, adjustable in the back. Fits most adult heads, roughly 22 to 24 inches around. If you've worn a ball cap or trucker cap before, this is the same comfortable fit. Got a fit question? Email us and we'll dial it in with you.

What is the Chocolate Palomino cap made of and how do I care for it?

Cotton, polyester, and mesh — the dark brown HHRC logo sits on a tan crown with breathable mesh paneling for hot afternoons in the sun. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — no washer, no dryer. The earthy colors hold up through years of ranch wear when you treat it right.

Where is the Chocolate Palomino cap made?

Built right here at our Austin, Texas shop. Every piece gets inspected before it ships — if a stitch isn't right, it doesn't go out. We work with quality blanks and there's no third-party sewing. Just Texas hands and a kitchen-table standard.
