    How does the Gold Mark-Out Flex-Fit cap fit?

    This is a sized stretch-fit cap — pick S/M for hat circumferences around 21 to 23 inches, or L/XL for 23 to 25 inches. No adjustable strap on the back, just a comfortable stretch band that hugs the head. If you're between sizes, go up. Email us if you're unsure and we'll talk you through it.

    What is the Gold Mark-Out Flex-Fit cap made of and how do I care for it?

    Cotton, polyester, and mesh with a structured black crown and gold bronc rider embroidery on the front. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — never the washer or dryer. The embroidery stays crisp and the colors stay rich through long arena weekends and ranch weeks.

    Where is the Gold Mark-Out Flex-Fit cap made?

    Built in Austin, Texas. We've been printing and sewing this kind of gear since 2016 — started on a kitchen table, never moved production overseas. Mike inspects every piece that goes out. If it's not right, it doesn't ship.

    How long does shipping take and what's your return policy?

    Orders go out from our Austin, Texas shop — usually same day, never more than 2 business days. Shipping is $5 on orders under $75 and free at $75 and up. US delivery is 5 to 7 business days. Non-custom returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is new, unworn, and tagged, with a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. Custom orders are final sale.
