How does the AG cap fit?
It's built on a Richardson-style snapback blank — one size, adjustable in the back. Fits most adult heads, roughly 22 to 24 inches around. Same comfortable feel as a standard ball cap. Email us if you've got a fit question and we'll sort it out with you.
What is the AG cap made of and how do I care for it?
Cotton, polyester, and mesh — a rich maroon crown with frost-white HHRC embroidery and a breathable mesh back. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — never machine wash or dry. The maroon tone and white embroidery stay sharp through long days on the ranch.
Where is the AG cap made?
Cut, printed, and sewn at our shop in Austin, Texas. We started this brand at the kitchen table in 2016 packing boxes till 3 a.m., and we still inspect every single piece before it ships. No overseas shortcuts. No corporate factory line. Just Texas hands and the same standard.
How long does shipping take and what's your return policy?
We ship most orders the same day from Austin, Texas, and never take more than 2 business days to get them out the door. Standard shipping is $5 on orders under $75, and free on orders $75 and up. US delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Returns on non-custom items are accepted within 30 days as long as they're new, unworn, and have tags attached — a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
