The “Black Out” keeps things simple, rugged, and unapologetically independent. Built with a stealthy tone-on-tone design, this hat doesn’t need loud colors or flashy details to make a statement. It’s made for the ones who carry themselves with quiet confidence and let their work speak louder than words.

Clean lines, a blacked-out HHRC logo, and an understated look give this cap a timeless feel that fits anywhere — from early mornings on the ranch to long nights on the road. No hype. No noise. Just authentic western grit.

How does the Blackout cap fit?

One-size snapback with an adjustable back strap. Fits most adult heads, roughly 22 to 24 inches around. Same feel as a standard ball cap or trucker cap. If you're unsure on the fit, email us and we'll help you dial it in.

What is the Blackout cap made of and how do I care for it?

Cotton, polyester, and mesh with a stealth black-on-black HHRC logo embroidered on the front. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — no washer, no dryer. The tone-on-tone look stays clean and the structure holds up through years of arena nights and ranch days.

Where is the Blackout cap made?

Made in Austin, Texas — printed and sewn at our shop with no third-party sewing and no overseas shortcuts. Mike inspects every piece personally. That's the standard from the day Horns & Heels started on a kitchen table in 2016, and it hasn't changed.
