How does the Vader cap fit?
The Vader is built on a Richardson-style snapback blank — one size, adjustable in the back. Sits comfortably on most adult heads, roughly 22 to 24 inches around. If you've worn a ball cap or trucker cap before, this is the same feel. Email us if you've got a fit question and we'll help you sort it out.
What is the Vader cap made of and how do I care for it?
Cotton, polyester, and mesh panels — built to breathe on hot Texas afternoons and hold up to ranch work, arena nights, and everything in between. The blacked-out logo is printed on a galaxy mesh back. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — no washer, no dryer. Treat it right and it'll stay sharp through years of wear.
Where is the Vader cap made?
Right here at our shop in Austin, Texas. Mike personally inspects every cap that goes out — if a stitch isn't right, it doesn't ship. The Vader is part of our bestselling line of caps, built on quality Richardson, Otto Cap, and Pacific Headwear blanks. No third-party sewing, no overseas shortcuts. Just Texas hands and a kitchen-table standard.
How long does shipping take and what's your return policy?
We ship most orders the same day from Austin, Texas, and never take more than 2 business days to get them out the door. Standard shipping is $5 on orders under $75, and free on orders $75 and up. US delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Returns on non-custom items are accepted within 30 days as long as they're new, unworn, and have tags attached — a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
