This is a sized stretch-fit cap — S/M for hat circumferences around 21 to 23 inches, L/XL for 23 to 25 inches. No adjustable strap on the back, just a comfortable stretch band that hugs the head. If you're between sizes, go up. Email us if you're unsure and we'll talk you through it.

Cotton, polyester, and mesh with a black canvas front and gold HHRC logo embroidery. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Air dry only — never the washer or dryer. The structured shape and gold embroidery hold up through long arena weekends and ranch runs.

Cut, printed, and sewn at our shop in Austin, Texas. We started this brand at the kitchen table in 2016 packing boxes till 3 a.m., and we still inspect every single piece before it ships. No overseas shortcuts. No corporate factory line. Just Texas hands and the same standard.
How long does shipping take and what's your return policy?
We ship most orders the same day from Austin, Texas, and never take more than 2 business days to get them out the door. Standard shipping is $5 on orders under $75, and free on orders $75 and up. US delivery runs 5 to 7 business days. Returns on non-custom items are accepted within 30 days as long as they're new, unworn, and have tags attached — a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
